A Wedding Planner’s assistance ensures that every Wedding Day is tailor-made to each couple’s taste. Along with our Wedding Venue’s stunning seafront location, it is one of our most attractive features. Our events also benefit from the versatility of the Villa-like buildings, patios and gardens where the Wedding Day moments unfold, in a close intimate atmosphere yet eclectic and dynamic. This flexibility allows welcoming any style of celebration: from casual & relaxed wedding to elegant & luxurious weddings and also to last more than 10h. As an upgrade to our all-inclusive packages, we can organise parts of the Wedding Day outside Villa Guia | Portugal Wedding Villa, for instance, holding the Wedding Ceremony at a fabulous beach, a traditional church, historical Castle or Palace.
WEDDING DAY PLANNING & COORDINATION
On Wedding Day, a professional team composed of an experienced Wedding Planner and Coordinators will manage every single moment of the Wedding day: from makeup to the First Dance. They'll coordinate suppliers deliveries, guests arrivals, ensure decorative details are flawless and following the Couple's requests. WEDDING PLANNING & COORDINATION SUPPORT
Our Wedding Planning Team will be there to assist you and your guests throughout the entire day. They will make sure all needs are met running a smooth and reliable service during all Wedding Day moments and in all Wedding Venue’s spaces.
PRE-CEREMONY
Wedding Days start very early in the morning. The Wedding Planner escorts the Hair & Makeup teams to the Bridal Suite where they’ll create on the Bride, Bridesmaids and Mother of the Bride and Mother of the Groom’s looks. The spacious Bridal Suite has beautiful light and has a large terrace overlooking the Ocean. The terrace is perfect for pre-wedding reflections, and to enjoy a light lunch and toast with some champagne in the sun. Team Bride’s members will build precious memories while getting ready.
The Groom and remaining guests will be getting ready at their rooms and usually go for a dip in the pool, enjoy sunbathing and for tasting light meals and refreshments over the Pool Bar gazing the Ocean.
PHOTOGRAPHY
The Wedding Photographer, which we recommend couples choose from our list of top- quality suppliers, arrives early to document the Bridal preparation and create the Bride’s firsts portraits in the Bridal Suite. After that, they proceed in building the Wedding Day visual story capturing its most significant moments, such as the Bride and Father of the Bride’s first look on the Villa Guia’s building staircases and taking advantage of the facilities’ most beautiful outdoor areas and the warm Portuguese light.
FLOWERS
The in-house florist prepares all custom floral decorations for the day. Included in the package are the unique Bridal Bouquet and Boutonnières, the Wedding Reception centrepieces complemented with candles and the floral decoration for the Wedding cake. Additional floral decorations can be arranged as an upgrade to the All-inclusive Wedding Package.
CEREMONY
The Ceremony occurs in the vast lawn of the Atlantic Garden with the Ocean as background. Contemplating a stunning landscape, the Groom and Wedding Guests await the Bride’s grand entrance along the aisle, usually preceded by the Flower Girls, Ring Bearers and Bridesmaids Procession.
MUSIC
Our professional DJ will be available the whole day, providing the Wedding’s soundtrack from the beginning of the Ceremony until the last dance. All chosen playlists will be broadcasted at the defined timings through a high-quality sound system, and microphones will be available for the ceremony and reception speeches. The All-inclusive Wedding Packages include the sound system and its setup, lights and wireless mics). If any band or singer is hired as an upgrade, the in-house DJ will perform any necessary technical assistance.
FOOD & BEVERAGES
Food & beverages for the entire Wedding Day are included in the All-inclusive Wedding Package. You don’t need to worry about additional expenses to the final price. The packages include Welcome drinks, sparkling wine toast at the end of the Ceremony, a two-hour Cocktail with an unlimited amount of drinks and canapes, a four-course lavish reception dinner with a palate cleanser between fish and meat dishes paired with a selection of Portuguese wines, a three-tiered customized Wedding Cake made by professional cake designer, sparkling wine toast for the Cake Cutting Ceremony, and a three-hour open bar with unlimited quantity of drinks for the Party. All food & beverages are served and presented with care by the Hotel’s attentive team of professional waiters.

Included are: Wedding Ceremony chairs and Wedding Ceremony Pergola, Wedding Cocktail lounge furniture and garden lights, Wedding Reception tables & chairs, tablecloths, dinner & silverware, centrepieces & candles. Upgrade options are available upon request.

And last but not least, the absolute comfort of being just a walk away from the Rooms once the Party is over.
THE NEXT-DAY MORNING
The Wedding is only over after the morning-after-the-wedding breakfast in Terrassa Restaurant’s panoramic sea view dining room and terrace. Guests and Newlyweds can enjoy a bit more of time together and recap the Wedding Day’s best moments and of this sweet mini-vacation adventure in Portugal.
